Daisan Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Osaka; President & CEO: Taketoshi Fujita), a company specializing in scaffold systems, and GXA Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Atsushi Yasuda), which operates sports and education businesses, have jointly announced the succession of the corporate amateur baseball club team “Senshu Osaka Baseball Club” (Manager: Yoichi Hirano).
Following this transition, the team will be rebranded as “DAISAN GXA SCAFFOLDS” and will officially launch as a corporate club team in January 2027, based in Sakai City, Osaka.
“Senshu Osaka Baseball Club,” affiliated with the Osaka branch of the Japan Amateur Baseball Association, was established in 2003 and has been active since then. To further develop the team, it has been succeeded by the new partnership. Senshu Service Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Hirano-ku, Osaka), which has served as the team’s main sponsor, will continue its support.
Unlike conventional club teams, this new model allows players to work securely as employees of Daisan, a company listed on the Standard Market, while GXA provides an environment where players can focus on baseball through its expertise in sports and education management. As a corporate amateur baseball team that supports athlete career development, the organization will encourage players to obtain professional qualifications while nurturing them as future leadership candidates within Daisan.
Based in Sakai City—the birthplace of Daisan—the team will aim to compete at the highest level of amateur baseball, targeting participation in the Intercity Baseball Tournament and the Japan Amateur Baseball Championship. In addition, the team will contribute to regional sports development and the cultivation of next-generation athletes, actively engaging with the local community.
DAISAN GXA SCAFFOLDS will collaborate with local businesses and sports organizations in Sakai City, striving to become a beloved community-based team. Looking ahead, the team aims not only for competitive success but also to expand educational and community initiatives through baseball, ultimately growing into one of the leading club teams in the Kansai region.

Future Plans
Starting in May 2026, the team will begin roster formation and player recruitment. Selection trials will be held from July 2026 for high school students, recent graduates, and university players. The team plans to participate in official competitions beginning with the 2027 season, while building strong ties with local companies and organizations to foster a community-supported team.
