Atsushi Yasuda
After graduating from university, he joined Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation. Following six years of experience in banking, he joined a sports agency company. There, he worked as an agent for Major League Baseball players and professional baseball players at the Tokyo and Los Angeles offices. Upon returning to Japan, he established Baseball Communication Co., Ltd. (now GXA Co., Ltd.) and assumed the role of Representative Director.

Yutaka Hirabayashi
After graduating from high school, he studied sports training in the United States. While attending university, he served as the exclusive trainer for the university’s varsity baseball team and earned certification as an Athletic Trainer from the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA). Subsequently, he worked as a trainer during the Texas Rangers’ spring training in MLB and later served as the exclusive interpreter and trainer for Japanese players with the Kansas City Royals in MLB.

Hikaru Yamamoto
After graduating from university, he gained experience in corporate sales at a general trading company and a manufacturer listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Prime Market. Leveraging the sales and business development skills honed across diverse industries, he transitioned into the sports business sector. Currently, as the General Manager of Domestic Operations, he oversees the planning and execution of sports tournaments, training camps, and events nationwide. He fosters partnerships with local governments, corporations, schools, and sports organizations, working to revitalize communities and create new value through sports.
