The cancellation fee will be 100% of the lesson fee. For cancellations, please refer to the automatic reply email sent at the time of booking and proceed with the cancellation process yourself. ■ Indoor Baseball Practice Facility and Indoor Basketball Court Reservations For sports use, a cancellation fee will be charged starting three days before the lesson date. The cancellation fee will be 100% of the lesson fee. For Filming Purposes or event use, a cancellation fee of 50% of rental fee will be charged starting from 14 days to 8 days before the usage date, and 100% of the rental fee will be charged from 7days before to the day of the usage date. For cancellations, please refer to the automatic reply email sent at the time of booking and proceed with the cancellation process yourself. |
| Regarding Payments | ■ Baseball School, Rugby, Volleyball, and Soccer Academy Reservations For multiple reservations, you can transfer the lesson fees for the total number of sessions. For example, you can pay for 10 lessons in advance and make reservations for those sessions as needed. Rest assured, we will manage the number of sessions on our end as well. ■ Indoor Practice Facility and Indoor Court Reservations For multiple reservations, you can pay the rental fees for the total number of bookings. However, please note that we do not manage the number of sessions. Alternatively, you can choose to pay for each reservation individually. |
