We are pleased to announce that we have entered into a share transfer agreement to acquire all shares of Zenkoku Kouyuukai Shien Kikou Co., Ltd. from its existing shareholders. The company specializes in supporting new graduates and career transitions, primarily targeting alumni organizations in the Greater Tokyo and Kansai areas.

Zenkoku Kouyuukai Shien Kikou brings together alumni organizations, known as “Kouyuukai,” from various universities, fostering a trustworthy community that supports both new graduates and those seeking career changes. Notably, the company has established its operational framework by leveraging insights gained through its collaboration with the alumni organization of Keio University, “Career Mita-kai.” The company has built a broad network of partner companies, ranging from multinational corporations such as GAFA and publicly listed firms to unlisted startups, establishing a diverse portfolio of business connections in both new graduate and mid-career recruitment markets.
